Pros: It is readily available.

Cons: Tech support is so bad. They really do not know what they are doing and do not care. All the can do is follow the script. I have had three printers die this week. One was 45 days old and the other two were less then 1.5 years old.

Summary: I have been in this industry since 1988. I remember the days when HP printers were the work horse of the office. Now they are the not even lasting 2 years. I will not buy another HP printer.
