Pros: Used to be a brand you could depend on.

Cons: Defective, cheaply made, noisy, jarring, easy to flop off paper tray cover, and envelopes print consistentlly crooked. Reduction feature is complex (unlike the previous 100%, 99%, etc.) and irritating. Machine says out of paper when it is not.

Summary: Defective right out of the box, any copy made from the upper tray leaves a black line on each page. HP will only replace with refurbished product, even though this is an interior scratch from the factory. Furthermore, after 15 years as loyal HP customer, this is the most inferior product I have ever seen from HP. Customer Service was to call me 11 days ago, but , I am told that I am in their queue. Obviously there must be many thousands of unhappy customers. Huge disappointment after all these years. Quality and customer service have reached a new low. Recommend you look elsewhere.
