    Pros: Nothing good to say about this model. Wish I would have seen all these reviews before I bought it!

    Cons: Locks up and will not scan, copy, or fax. Cannot perform full reset or power down printer. Searched online and found MANY other users with same problem.

    No online support on HP.com.

    Summary: If this printer were a car it would have to be recalled. It is a shame that a company the size of HP will not resolve this problem and admit they sold a "lemon" to all the people that bought the 8500A Plus!
