  • "This printer should be taken off the market."
    0.5 stars

    Pros: there are none.

Cons: Drops off the network about every week or two, requiring a 30-minute re-installation. Print quality is worse than average. It intermittently ceases to recognizer a USB connection. It won't print checks or forms. The worst printer I've ever owned.

Summary: HP should take this printer back for a full refund. HP customer service sugarcoats the problems and acts like it's never happened to anyone else, despite the innumerable complaints like this one found across the web. It's a time and energy suck that comes up when you can least afford it, without warning. Do not buy this printer!! In fact, don't buy anything from a company that would dump this abysmal piece of @#%! on the marketplace.
