"Do not buy until they fix blue screen of death."
Pros: Sturdy, prints fast and quiet, great quality
Cons: Constant blue screen of death - seems to be USB issue but I had it happen with USB hooked up
Summary: I should have paid attention to the reviews in CNet. I like the printer - it has all the features you want in a AIO. When I printed, it was great quality, quiet and fast. The software to manage the printer from the computer is great. The displays on the printer perfect. However, I have returned two for the same problem - constant blue screen of death on the printer. The first printer showed an error during set-up but I thought it was a glitch. When it returned again and again, I called HP. Tech support read standard scrips to include is it turned on, is it plugged into a surge protector, etc. The tech could not even tell me what the error code displayed on the printer screen meant (gave them the code). I returned the printer (BestBuy was great). When I was picking up the replacement printer, a BestBuy employee said many of the 3310s have been returned for same problem. I returned the second printer and am still looking for a good AIO. If HP fixes this problem, I would buy the printer.

yeah, i'm dumb! i bought the machine...the extended warranty and had the blue screen of death many times. several calls to hp and the problem could not be resolved. sounds like we had the same tech. but, being the dummy that i am, i didn't even think to return the thing (told u, i'm dumb). i ignored the death screen and continued to us it. as u said, not a bad printer. NOW unfortunately, the warranty is up and the machine is plastered...seems to be leaking black ink. any ideas?

Blue screen of death over and over. "Paper out" when it's not. Shallow paper tray. Vivera inks the worst - bleed profusely at the slightest hint of moisture days later. Tech support very nice, sent out a new one, but still...what a pain.
