HP Photosmart C5180 All-in-One

Pros: great picture quality, nice overall

Cons: paper feed problem

Summary: I do like this printer, but after 4 months using a brand new one, I kept recieving a out of paper error message. So I used the chat feature on HP to speak with cs, because I knew the outsource there employees, and I need to be able to understand them clearly or I get frustrated. So anyhow, I recieved my first replacement, and after the first thing I tried to print, I recieved the same error message. This happened with number 3 and now on number 4. I am dissapointed in HP and this product. Don't buy this printer until they can resolve this problem.
Please is anyone else having this issue?
