"Awful photo quality, HP can't fix, won't refund" on by jikamens
Pros: fast text, compact footprint, nice integration of features, easy to use
Cons: awful photo print quality, awful support
Summary: I bought this printer primarily for high-quality photo prints, but I haven't gotten a single one out of it. Every print has lines across the sheet where inkjets aren't firing properly. HP has sent me two replacement printers and five replacement ink cartridges, and none of them has solved the problem. I've asked them to take back the printer, ink and photo paper, all of which I purchased directly from HP, and give me a refund, and they've refused.
