Pros Apps, price, size, wireless, easy setup.
Cons None...so far...
Summary Maybe some people have bad luck with HP...I haven't been one of those people. Every HP printer I've owned has lasted at least 4 years. I replaced my old HP PhotoSmart last month with a Canon MX410, but about 5 pages later the Canon died. So, back to HP I went. I never thought I'd say this about a printer, but this printer is pretty neat. Just the idea behind the apps is very cool. I can see this printer being a blast for parents' with young children with the ability to print coloring pages from Disney and Nickelodeon directly from the printer. If you're a crossword puzzle type of person, you can schedule the printer to deliver a new puzzle every day at a specific time.
I think HP might be on to something here...yeah, most of the apps are geared towards children and the news apps aren't really that economical (just read your news on your computer or smartphone and save a tree or two), but the idea is great.
Pros You cant take it back to the shop to get rid of it
Cons dont know where to start
1. error message on switching on from straight out of the box
2. wi-fi could not be made to work, even after hours of effort and payment for a professional to try to make it work
3. constant error messages i found hundreds of othe

Pros Wireless connection. Scanner. All the bells and whistles that one currently expects in modern technology.
Cons Forgot to include the "app" that does printing. In other words, every 5th page I printed with this printer ended up gnarled and chewed. I had to take the thing apart to get the shredded paper out. I had another HP for 8 years with no problem. This model l
Summary By all means give it a shot, but don't blame me.
Pros Easy wireless setup and navigation
Cons A little slow for a personal printer, but definitely too slow for a business printer. Small businesses beware.
Summary Decent for a home printer where speed is not an issue.
Pros Great printer, scanner. Easy to use, good speed, nice quality.
Cons We have had the printer 7 months. It has been flawless until now. We have printed 700 pages on it, mostly newsletters that were in color with black text. It has now decided not to print color correctly. Test pages, Perfect! Clean the heads, Perfect!
Summary Don't be lured in by this all in one. This is our second HP printer in 18 months. They work fine until they decide to have issues, then they are just paperweights. Customer support, which was great and based on the East Coast, tells you to do the usual steps. They didn't work. So after having 2 HP printers in 18 months we will be switching to another brand. NO MORE HP PRINTERS FOR US.
