"didnt work from new out of the box!"

Cons: dont know where to start
1. error message on switching on from straight out of the box
2. wi-fi could not be made to work, even after hours of effort and payment for a professional to try to make it work
3. constant error messages i found hundreds of otheSummary: HP used to be good but seems to have lost its way of late and now produces rubbish
you CAN repeat CAN take it baxk to the shop to get rid of it
