"Printer often can't even connect to its contoller!"

Cons: Difficult to even find out how to tell it to copy, scan or fax. You have to negotiate through a menu with about 50 apps. One of which is the "printer" that is in the middle. Even getting to the apps is not obvious.
Summary: Going through tech support has not been helpful. Their online solution "for getting the controller to connect to the printer" did not work.
