Cons: 1st the printer would not align. 2nd is was very tedious putting the ink cartridges in the machine. 3rd you have to go to Efax to fax and they charge you. there is no phone line into the printer.
Summary: It was not easy to set-up. I would say this printer is for someone who is technology-minded. It was not for me or someone who is not computer literate.

I know this was an old post, but I just wanted to reply for those who are considering purchase. The eFax setup doesnt require a charge. This is a free account with a fax limitation of 50 (in/out). Maybe they charged at the time of your purchase?

This was one of the easiest printers I've ever set up. Took me a lot longer to urwrap the ink cartridges than it did to install them. Efax provides like 20 free faxes per month, which is plenty for most home use.
