Summary: I had this printer about a month and love it. Never had a wireless printer before but it was really easy to set up. Just had to reboot it and it started to work fine, no problems. Love the eprint from any cell phone, not just the iphone. I look and work great.

Yes, it prints envelopes correctly via Word 2010 - for a while. Then, a few days later it goes brain dead and it prints the address in the middle of an 8-1/2x11 inch page regardless of the settings. Solution #1: throw printer from fifth floor window; solution #2 uninstall and install software and lose all the nice tweaks that were introduced by me. What a poorly designed and implemented product, what a poor software suite.

And did I tell you that in scanning the page that is sent to a PDF the HP software produces a file is 35% greater in size than the same exact page scanned with the same parameters via my Epson scanner and ABBYY software. Yes, reproducible.

Pros: Everything seems to work ok ! Good photo copies,
Cons: Except the ADF feeder, I always get a extra line at the bottom of copy. Some of my printing isn't always clear.
Summary: It probably has a hardware problem. Will have it checked out!

Pros: It looks like a printer.
Cons: It doesn't print. In 2 months I've successfully printed 3 pages but only after about 2 hours of resetting and looking up error codes online. This thing is awful.
Summary: It's a great printer as long as you don't need to print anything.

Pros: It can print on both sides.... sometimes.
Cons: Almost everything about it, from wi-fi connectivity to actually printing, and worst of all was the warm-up cycle. Sometimes during warm-up it would sound like an Ak-47 was being fired.
Summary: My experience with this printer lasted about 1 year, and i have noticed that about half the time the document wont print because of a phantom error. To fix this error you press "OK" on the machine to print it. This completely negates the point of wi-fi connectivity. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER!
