Pros: A good array of features and a very clear touch screen. Printing speed is good and paper loading is easy. I connected to my iMac with no problems.

Cons: I felt the colors were too dark and there is a lack of controls to adjust color and density. The touch
screen is "touchy" and I often activate something while trying to scroll, then have to start over.

Summary: I have always liked HP products, but I think they may have tried to pack too many features into a lower priced unit to attract sales. I think most of the cons can be fixed by software upgrades. While I am not completely unhappy with the 310A, I would probably look at another model before buying one again.
