"HP Programmers Shoot Themselves in the Head--not Foot"1.5 starson by edmondsc
Pros: When the wireless or Bluetooth connections work, they are convenient
Cons: Constantly disconnected and HP tools and sowftare do nothing to fix
Summary: OK, I am a CEO of an software/IT company. I have worked up throught technical ranks over the years. The programmers at HP are too clever for their own good. If you buy this POS, you will CONSTANTLY reinstall software bc the HP twits write code that is too intricate--and the device is constantly disconnected and not able to scan through either the Windows or HP interfaces. AND RUNNING THE STUPID HP "TOOLS" DOES NOTHING TO FIX THEIR OWN SELF-INDUCED PROBLEMS. Do NOT install any updates that the HP updater tries to install, bc if you do, it will screw up the connectivity to the device EVERY TIME--then you will need to unistall/reinstall the layered software, re-attach the device, download updates. Seriously you HP jerks, i have better things to do then constantly run your installers and useless "toolboxes".
