"An Excellent Do-It-All Printer"
Pros: It does anything a home inkjet can do - black and color text, photos, fax, scan, copy and wireless connect - and seems to excel at every task
** Effortless wireless setup from MAC Book
Beautiful Apple-like designCons: No dedicated one touch speed dial buttons - however, there is a menu on the screen that shows all the speed dials and lets you choose one. For me this ia actually a plus because on my old printer I kept forgetting which number button was which.
Summary: I replaced an older HP AIO (6110) which faile... read more

"Nice hardare, Absolutely horrible software"
Pros: Scanning and printing are fine when the thing works
Cons: Horribly painful software problems. Device disappears and won't reinstall. Software is terribly invasive and prevents my computers (XP) - 3 of them - from starting up and shutting down without long delays
Summary: I am returning this thing to costco and buyin... read more

"Good, but expensive, all in one HP photo printer"
Pros: HP Photosmart Premium C309a is a good 'All in One' with photo quality print, high def scanner, copier and fax, with 6 ink cartridges, ADF (doc feed), CD Print ability. But: very slow to startup, slow scan & print, & overpriced compared to competit
Cons: Compared to competitors, eg Canon PIXMA MX868, the HP Photosmart C309a is slow to startup (>6 mins to start up and align cartridges), has a slow scan (30-60s a color page), is slow to print photoquality and, at HK$2,288, costs HK$500 more than Canon

Pros: All the advanced features comes standard- CD-printing, auto duplexing (both input and output), Bluetooth, WiFi, Wired-Network, dedicated photo-paper tray (5x7/4x6 in.).
Cons: Glitches with on-screen animatied help, CD-printing software lack flexibility and is not quite WYSIWYG. Slightly higher cost-per-page than some older Photosmart models (especially to those that use "HP02" cartridge)
Summary: I purchased this printer to replace 3 other p... read more
