Cons Constantly loses network connectivity on all four of our family computers and I've spent HOURS AND HOURS installing, reinstalling software and troubleshooting this defective machine. Cons Always fails when I need it most. This printer has lost connection to my home network numerous times. The only way to fix this problem is to reinstall printer software on all all three of my home networked computers. A frustrating waste of time. Cons - Doc feeder scans crooked most of the time
- Doc feeder door does not stay closed, so if you try to scan on the flatbed it fails because it thinks you have a document in the feeder unless you press hard on the door to close it

Cons Periodically looses Wi-Fi connection for no apparent reason. Print out a network test page and it violia! it reconnects. this is the only problem I see with this printer.
