In one month, bought a C310 (it skewed all); HP replaced with another C310, same problem. HP replaced with another C310, same prSummary: Despite all the hoopla, the device does not offer quality services. Ya need to look at other HP units or devices by other manufacturers.
Yes, it prints envelopes correctly via Word 2010 - for a while. Then, a few days later it goes brain dead and it prints the address in the middle of an 8-1/2x11 inch page regardless of the settings. Solution #1: throw printer from fifth floor window; solution #2 uninstall and install software and lose all the nice tweaks that were introduced by me. What a poorly designed and implemented product, what a poor software suite.

And did I tell you that in scanning the page that is sent to a PDF the HP software produces a file is 35% greater in size than the same exact page scanned with the same parameters via my Epson scanner and ABBYY software. Yes, reproducible.
