"STAY AWAY from this printer!!!!!!!"
Pros: Prints ok when it is working
Cons: Paper won't feed properly: HP Customer support awful
Summary: I depend on this printer for my home based business but it never works. It continually gets paper jams and error messages that it is out of paper (when it is full of paper). I have called HP Support twice and they get it working briefly only for the same thing to happen again the next day. HP's outsourced customer support is the worst I have ever experienced. STAY AWAY from this printer!!!!!

If you can get the paper to feed, it's a reasonably good printer. The problem with paper not feeding and paper jams is intolerable! Don't do it!

This thing is a deeeesaster. Unless you get a kick out of hearing :"please reinstall software" EVERY time you use it. and of course the:"Replace ink cartidge" which I did twice. The thing worked fine for about 100 prints of the photo, and approx. 200 B&W pages. Even since I had to throw the towel in the ring, and just use the scanning capabilities, the @*^%* asks to re'install the software every single time! . AAAAAARG I wish I had NEVER heard of these people! What a waste of time and energy.

I have the same problem with this thing and would not recommend it for a paper weight much less an all in one home computer accessory.

I have had the same problems with this all-in-one. Read my full review.

With paper properly loaded and the paper tray deployed, I have never once had a paper jam and never had an error. Although I will agree that HP's customer service line is horrible based on past experiences, I have never had a problem with this printer other than the fact that the scanning software seems a little sluggish.
