"Low ink price offset by non usability"
Pros: low ink price - cost
Cons: slow to start, firmware renders ink tanks useless
Summary: when you can get it to print, it will print multiple pages quickly, and at a low ink price. After firmware upgrade, takes 37 seconds to start.
Will scan direct to PDF, handy
Support is HORRIBLE, 60 minutes plus hold time. Have replaced 3 units now with promise of "free" ink since the "flash" ruined the ink tanks that I "had", have NOT received any ink tanks.
Bloated software, I mean really, burn DVD's with my printer? I don't think so...
Company admits "emergency" meetings about problems with this unit.
Don't be fooled by the low ink price, it's not worth the frustration
