"Total waste of money"
Pros: Print quality isn't bad, scanner works nice, cheap ink refills
Cons: Terrible functionality, false error messages
Summary: I bought this printer at the end of May and since then I've only printed 62 jobs. However, I've easily made over 200 attempts to print. Every time I try to print something on this piece of crap, it will suck up a sheet of paper, spit it out with a wrinkle on it, and say that it is out of paper despite the fact that there's a full load of paper in the bay. I'll repeat this joyous activity 3-4 times before I get lucky and it prints the simple job I want. Even now, I am 25 minutes into trying to print a simple crossword puzzle. This journey has included false messages that the ink levels are low, power level errors, a firmware update, and numerous "no paper" jingles. I highly recommend that anybody looking for a printer, look elsewhere.

ditto... the entire series of ESP AiO printers are junk.

I just bought this printer last week. I waited a week for them to send me a replacement ink cartridge because those that came with the printer were damaged. I'll admit that their response to my contact about the ink cartridge was very prompt. HOWEVER...now that I actually have the ink cartridge, I cannot get a single page to print. Every single page that it sucks in gets jammed. Not a single page has printed. What a disappointment! I'm waiting to hear back from them now and hope that they will give a darn...
