"Get Kodak lab quality prints at home!"
Pros: Fast, inexpensive, lab quality
Cons: not a stand alone
Summary: I must say, Cnet is obviously biased against Kodak. I responed to the editor's review of the first launch of Kodak AIO's on how they reported incorrect information and they never corrected it. So bear in mind the Cnet reviews are not unbiased- further proof is that this new ESP3 uses the same print head the same cartridges- only difference is it's sleeker and smaller. Fantastic Kodak lab-quality prints in about 30 secs that are instantly dry and fade resistant thanks to the pigment based ink and clear coat ink inside the cartridge- They will last a lifetime compared to dye-based inks which fade rather quickly- and are wet upon print. The color prints are bold and crisp. And overall very simple to use. Shame on Cnet for again for an uneducated review. 3rd party companies(Quality Logic and Wilhelm) all stand behind the claims -yields and durability and PRICE!- Stop getting ripped off by competitor inks- You think gas prices are high- HP INK is the most expensive liquid in the world- you're looking at $3,749 per gallon of ink!

This sounds like the exact commercial which first attracted me to the Kodak printers. Do you work for Kodak? I always rely on reviews when considering a new electronic device, and have NEVER been disappointed with what I've bought. Yeah, sure HP inks are expensive, but, in reality, how much are you really using? I've never used even 1/2 gallon in an entire year. For moderate printing purposes, an entire cartridge lasts me 3-5 months. Who uses that much ink? If you use that much, buy a copier!
