Kodak ESP 5250

Pros: Kodak chat support is great and ink is affordable. The printer prints pages and photos nicely when it works.

Cons: I have had this replaced 4 times and it keeps getting a paper jam even when there is no paper in the printer.

Summary: I doubt I will ever buy another Kodak printer. The last printer I received may have printed 30 pages before the dreaded paper jam. Chat support is great and I had no difficulties get the printer replaced once again. I had an issue once when I bought a new laptop and chat didn't support IE9. That issue has been resolved. I don't recommend the ESP 5250 but recommend chatting with Kodak if you have any issues. Make sure to troubleshoot first. I went through an hour and half long chat once because the rep insisted I do the troubleshooting. I am very computer savvy and troubleshot for at least 2 hours trying everything (on and off the website) I could (short of taking the printer apart) and went through it again with the rep. This time was not required to troubleshoot with the rep since I had made notes of all I had done.
