"Good value for money. Easy set-up and use" on by hedgehog437
Pros: Super easy to set up. I bought one for our house, and was so happy with it, that I bought one for my mom and set it up for her in just minutes.
Cons: Don't like the paper tray; flimsy, and if you don't pull out the extension, it will shoot your documents all over the floor.
Summary: We were looking for a printer with reasonable replacement costs for the ink cartridges, and had read about the Kodak series, so decided to give it a try. Thusfar, we have been very happy with the quality of the printed documents. I havent' printed photos yet, but frankly, if I'm going to print professional quality prints I'll have it done at a store anyway. The wireless set-up was so easy that I was up and running on both our home laptops in just minutes. No fluke, apparently; I bought one for my mom and had her laptop connected and printing quickly as well. Let's face it, it probably won't last 10 years but technology changes so quickly that anything you buy is obsolete by the time you unpack it anyway. Keeping that perspective, it performs as advertised, has reasonable printed costs, is a breeze to set-up. I emphasize the set-up because older folks are sometimes a little intimidated by all the wireless tech; this type of product takes the fear out of "upgrading" technology.
