5.0 starson by ThisIsAlanBPros: Really nice printer with a great price tag and and superb ink prices. Black ink is $10 and color is $18.
Cons: nothing at all
Summary: Ignore cnet's review about this product. 1. Who cares if the plastic feels cheap. Just as long as it's sitting in one place, it not doing any damage. 2. They are recommending other printers that the ink prices are through the roof. The reason we got a Kodak printer is to have better ink prices.

Yes, the original cost of the ink cartridges is lower and it was also the reason I bought this printer; however, I have discovered that Kodak has engineered this printer so it will not print anything after the error message to replace the ink cartridge and this forces me to buy more cartridges more often. Other printers I have owned would continue to print much longer after the replace ink message and result in many more prints before the quality of the print did require me to change the cartridge. Otherwise I am very please with this printer but I would not buy again because of the inability to print until I decide to change the print cartridge. It is a trick that Kodak is doing to sell more print cartridges. The actually cost per print has been higher on this printer than it was my previous Lexmark printer! I WILL NOT BUY ANOTHER KODAK PRINTER OF ANY KIND !!!
