"Absolutely Horrible!!" on by Masstransit
Pros: Nice print quality
Cons: Printhead jam, printhead jam, printhead jam, do i need to say anything else.
Summary: My experience with this printer has been the worst experience I have had to date with printers. We initially purchased the 2150 model and upon set-up the first thing it did was give me a printhead jam error message. I performed the set-up exactly as stated in the instructions so I know it wasn't any of my doing. After talking with tech support from Kodak, they sent me a replacement printer which was the 2170. this one worked pretty well for about 2 weeks and then...printhead jam error message. I am in the process of trying to get a full refund from Kodak. I would not recommend this AIO printer to anyone. It is not worth your money or time.

"Easily the worst printer I've ever owned." on by ca_keil
Pros: Near adequate print quality for documents.
Cons: goes into sleep mode after a certain amount of time (there is no way to disable the "feature") and will not print or communicate with my PC without rebooting both printer and PC. I have repeatidly contacted their customer support, but they cannot solve t
Summary: Don't buy any Kodak printer - they are trying to get into the business and are not up to the task.

"I really should have shopped around some more...." on by pappasross
Pros: Cheap; Scanning is very good; faxing is very good
Cons: Gets "caught up" somehow so I constantly have to restart to get it working properly again
Summary: Good if you need a really cheap printer, scanner, etc; but, again, I really should have shopped around some more....

"Very easy to setup and use All In One,But a bit thirsy" on by BlessedRmeek
Pros: Wireless Set up was breezy easy. We can print wirelessly from 3 different computers even from outside through our wireless router.Print speed is adaquate. image quality is pretty good.
Cons: I have to also report that the cartridges do not last long enough. Our HP had XL cartridges that really lasted a long time. These #30 XL inks don't last as long as the standard HP inks.I don't see the savings. Inks are NOT REFILLABLE.
Summary: The SAVE ON INK mantra is a BALD FACED LIE. I like the printer usability, but My wife and I are getting tired of buying ink every week.
