"POS Worst product I ever bought. Support is useless." on by centerstone
Pros: None. Does not function.
Cons: Won't function in any way; won't connect to network, copy or print. The few pages I got were washed out and useless. C Net gave this a top rating?????????????
Summary: Worst product I have ever purchased. Ran out of ink after first 8 pages, you could barely read them. I spent $124 for a new set, never worked again. It won't join a network, scan, anything. Worthless.

Firmware update needs to be installed since it includes updates to address these issues.Updates can be downloaded from the Lexmark official site www.lexmark.com. If after the update you're still having problems, please contact LxkListens@Lexmark.com .
