    Pros: love the interface, double-sided printing, and scanner/copier/printer functionality minus unnecessary fax. Print quality is amazing for the price.

    Cons: Paper feed gets jammed on nearly every first sheet - truly a pain.

    More importantly, the Windows 7 driver is HORRIBLE. Print software won't close after job - to the extent that my fan turns on HIGH every single time I try to print with this thing.

    Summary: Beautiful printing, great features, BUT paper always jams, horrible Windows 7 driver, and 'optional' spyware.

    Do not experience any of the above problems. Paper feed works fine at all times. Printer software closes just fine. Sorry for your problems. Could there be another cause?
