Cons: Unusable. A new error message appears every time it prints, requiring something be moved or touched. Once the top is opened and closed without doing anything, it then prints. The printer is a total joke. Get something else.
Summary: Don't buy it.

Sounds like you're getting a printhead error every time you try to print. Try to update the firmware of your printer. It makes your printer more reliable and more efficient. Just go to www.lexmarklabs.com/firmware and choose the model number of your printer. You won't be able to update the firmware of your printer if you have the error message on the LCD screen of your printer.
