"You get what you paid for"
4.5 starson by themaxbrePros: Replaced 2 HP printers in terms of ink and energy consumption; fast first-print delay time, can handle big work load, smooth LCD interface, user-friendly, capable of double-sided and one-sided printing
Cons: Needs to be set-up properly or your printout will look bad, user needs to carefully set the ink amount for the printing (when set at the default option, printout quality is low), limited features but good for simple office printing
Summary: I bought mine from amatteroffax.com for $160 and it was probably one of the best things I got online. I thought it was a bit expensive at first, compared to other printers with the same specs but the quality was better and it could handle more work than other multifunctional printers. I had trouble with other Lexmark products in the past (setup problems) but getting this one up was a breeze. The print-outs were okay but if you don't set the color and quality to a certain, you could get ugly pictures. I think you need to be very meticulous with everything on Lexmark because the default settings are not as good compared to default settings on other printers like Canon and HP. You have tons of options on this printer such as double sided or one sided printing.
