Pros Great when it works!!!!

Cons Definitely a design flaw. Had a printhead replaced free of charge and will need another one now. I use Black Ink Print ONLY for School and none in color. I'm having the problem with the black ink as it either prints very weak or prints squares

Summary The BEST & CHEAPEST DISPOSABLE DIAPERS YOU CAN EVER BUY!!! I mean, printing Black all the time is low cost! But it'll break eventually and give you HEADACHES!!!

Pros There are none. You could argue that a 5 year warranty is one but that just means 5 years of frustration and countless hours on the phone with tech support.

Cons I'll be brief. Constant printing issues, 11 calls to tech support in 18 months with an average lenght of call around 3 minutes. Over that time they sent me 3 replacement printheads, several replacement ink cartridges, and one replacement printer.

Summary I absolutely, positively will not buy another Lexmark product. The final straw was when I called them about a scanning issue and they told me there would be a charge to troubleshoot the problem.

Pros Very cheap, obviously.

Cons Terrrible print quality. Black ink is ok, but color printing us distorted and streaked.

Summary I very rarely write reviews of products and would only do so to warn others away from a product. This is worse than a complete waste of money--the aggravation, frustration, the anger you will feel when you are trying to use this printer to do anything other than print black ink will, I assure you, cause you to regret your purchase. And given that you probably are looking at this brand and model to save money on ink, you will curse yourself for being cheap.

I urge you to save your sanity and look elsewhere for your printing/color printing/scanning needs.

Pros Touchscreen

Cons Refuses to print, connection problems, print head problems. You name it and we have problems with it. My wife and I hate this printer. We would NEVER buy it or anything Lexmark related again!
