"Worst Printer I have ever Owned"
0.5 starson by ckresmeryPros: Ease of Installation, Ease of Replacing Ink, Ink Cartridges are Inexpensive, Scanner, Fax and Copier. Lexmark realizes that there is a problem with this printer and are gracious about replacing it (which new model has prob also) or sending you replacement
Cons: It ALWAYS HAS A PRINT HEAD ISSUE. It either needs to realign the print head or it needs the ink cartridges reinstalled when you have not even touched them. Out of the blue it will need to realign the print head and then tell you to reinstall them. POO

AMEN!!!! There are no Pros, only cons. I had the misfortune of owning one of these for 18 months before I finally put it out of its misery after 11 phone calls to tech support, 3 new printheads and one replacement printer. The final straw was when Lexmark told me they would charge me to troubleshoot my scanning issues. I will NEVER buy a Lexmark product again!

OMG I am so much in the same situation!!! After they sent me a second print head replacement which doesn't work I am so done with this printer. This is EXTREMELY disappointing!!

I had problems with the printhead too, but customer service is nice enough to send me a replacement. Call them at 800-395-4039 for help.
