Cons: Refer to title of my post, that sums it up
Summary: I bought this printer to use in my small office and was happy to have bought one with good ratings here on CNET and with cheap refills on the black ink. However, the printer broke almost immediately, and after spending more than an hour on the phone with customer service, and getting new ink cartridges, it was not able to be fixed. I went back to where I bought it and was assured that no one else had this problem, it must have been a fluke. So, I exchanged it for exact same printer. I printed all of 40 pages, and it stopped, then eventually printed few more pages that are illegible. Again, spent more time with customer service and they are mailing me a new print head that they are sure will fix everything. Really frustrated and wishing that I believed the cure was in the mail.
