"An absolute piece of junk." on by Madalex2
Pros: None that I like so far. Got it at Sam's.
Cons: Drops a WIRED connection to my Apple every time the computer sleeps. Always has to be turned off and back on to scan documents. Wireless is useless. Does not stay connected.
Summary: Stay far away.

"Never have suggested this to customer or a friend." on by watters17
Pros: The low cost is there...
Cons: They fall short on features, functionality, and most of all reliability.
Summary: I'm a sales consultant at a larger OfficeMax store. I've hardly ever been a fan of the Lexmark printers we carry. We just did the reset of printers. We carry a lot of the new Lexmark printers. Still not a fan. Selling the Lexmark printers isn't something I'm a fan of doing. We've had the most problems with the Lexmark printers and having them returned for being defective. The Lexmark printers are just something I try to avoid.
