"I'm taking it back!"
Pros: None - Couldn't get it to work
Cons: Couldn't get it to work.
Summary: I bought this printer because of the low price. Once installed it wouldn't print. I tried changing USB cables and reinstalling the software, but nothing worked. A friend told me she had to download another driver to get her lexmark to work. I tried to download the driver from their website but the download would time out when it reached 50 percent. I spent over an hour on the phone with tech support and got no resolution. Tech support was supposed to call me back this morning at a sprcific time, but it is now 22 minutes after that time and I still haven't heard from them. This is an inadequate product with sub standard customer service.
