"Printing restrictions are too much for me"
Pros: ease of use, multi-function, laser
Cons: Printing restrictions are too much for me - can't print colour pictures, business cards, etc. Media is restricted and customer support non-existant. Ask them a question for a specific answer and they give you the run around.
