"As advertised. No burps yet. Great printing and color."
Pros: Easy installation for all functions. Accurate color. I don't print high volumes but my son-in-law has an identical x502n in his construction shed at a large project, all who have used it like its volume capability and ease of cartridge replacement.
Cons: Have no complaints so far. Using the printer for business, and it performs flawlessly. Prints on cardstock, CD labels, heavy or regular, glossy or matte stock.
