"Problem after Problem"
Pros: Prints quickly when it works.
Cons: Scanning put lines across the document. Printing didn't work all the time.
Summary: After spending hours on the phone with technical support and having two technicians come on two separate occasions and even after replacing a part in the printer I RETURNED THE PRINTER. first I couldn't set it up on my mac. Then the printing didn't work then the scanning then it wouldn't turn on. Nothing but a headache - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
If left turned on too long (even if not in use) it will stop working and we'll need to be off for 4 hours before it re-initializes, maybe.
Not fully compatible with Mac OS X.

Well, I´ve got two of these X502n, one at the office and I just got one for home, and they both work PERFECT, localy and on my network, print, fax and scan. Of course Mac OS is your problem, not the printer. Try change to Microsoft and all your problems will be solved. Regards....
