"There is a lot more to this 420CN then the reviews let you know about."
Pros: Built-in media card reader, Fast set-up, Networkable in minutes, Easy to use, and is not a HP product.
Cons: Would have liked to see 1200x1200 on the scan, but that is the next level up in model and price.

Pros: Fast. Good quality printing.
Cons: Uses an enormous amount of ink. One cartridge is only good for about 30 sheets of paper. Even if only one cartridge is empty, the printer will shut down completely.

"I have more customers return these printers than any other"
Pros: Has lots of features: The ink system, media card slots, fax machine, are also big selling points.
Cons: Things that are not good selling points are the build and print quality. The only other printer that gets returned more then this one is the Brother MFC-210cn. Brother inkjet printers are worse than lexmarks. If your needs are exteamly basic this might
