"Very Statisfied"
Pros: When I set out to buy another printer I definitely wanted an all-in-one to save room and Brother wasn't even a brand I considered. I saw the 420cn and it caught my eye right away. A lot of features for the price/size. I've used lexmark, epson and hp pr
Cons: I would like to see the power cord and phone cord hookups out the back of the unit instead of the side.
