    "Brother printers are mechanically terrible."

    Pros: Printer worked well until first ink change.

    Cons: Broke down after 1st ink change. Poor print quality, service terrible. Installation way too complicated. Do not waste your time or money on Brother products.

    Summary: 2nd Brother printer owned. Both terrible. MFC-9700 failed after ink changes. MFC-490cw was junk as well. Brother needs to focus on quality after 3 weeks of product use.
