"Unacceptable ink cartridge life"
Pros: When it prints in black, it PRINTS. The page will be soaked through with ink.
Cons: I bought a new ink cartridge today for this printer. $17. I printed one 8-page article. Afterward, the printer status informed me that 150 pages remain on this ink cartridge. One benefit of this printer is that those estimates are very accurate.

"I will no longer buy Dell products after this"
Pros: Price........
Cons: The printer has never worked properly and Dell's "customer service" has offered very little in terms of a solution. The refurbished unit they sent me lasted two months, and they offered for me to buy a different model from them when it broke.
