"Trouble right out of the box. Returned immediately per Samsung tech."
Pros: It spit out a copy during installation that immediatly showed the defects. Samsung tech support was available.
Cons: Printer was defective, printed with black ink in the margins.
Summary: Bought this with caution based on the reviews, the Office Depot saleman highly recommended it. Before totally setting up, I ran the manufacturer's internal copy. Side margins had black lines, red lines down the center of the page similar to a review I had read. Additional copies had black in the margins. Samsung tech support said it was defective -return it. Did not get another one.
