"Best Multifunction laserjet for money available"
Pros: Internal paper tray. $ per page. Simple interface. Great software. Standalone copies. Beautiful color scans. PRICE.
Cons: From hibernating to first page is more like 30 seconds. Paper kinda comes out weird. Kind of big for a dorm room, but not too big.

"Affordable laser/scanner solution for students"
Pros: - Price - Construction quality - Printout quality - Takes 5 minutes to setup - Energy-save feature
Cons: - First toner cartiage lasts ~500 pgs - Can't find print 6 pages/sheet option (useful for printing powerpoint slide handouts), only 4,9, etc.

"A great machine- super value"
Pros: Clear print. Does what it says on the tin.... prints, photocopies, scans, all in good quality. Cheap and cartridges are easy-peasy to refill. Photocopying is true standalone- you don't need a computer to be on.
Cons: No fax.. a little noisy... throws copies on the floor when the output tray fills. If a page is not exactly flat on the glass, it won't copy clearly.
