Pros Multi use, smallish footprint
Cons Noisy, separate drum & toner units
Summary The machine has a solid design to it, but follows Brother's standard design features for laser-printers - the drum and toner unit are separate, and the machine refuses to let the toner run out. Most lasers let you shake the toner and keep going until the print is really gone - the Brother won't let you do that. It is noisy (at least ours is) and groans & grinds every time something is printed on it. There is no off switch either. But it does the job.
