"Print's great - major problems with network scanning"
1.5 starson by Mitchell_ITPros: Colour printer, laser - great output for printouts
Cons: ScanTo button, fails. Entire network cannot scan documents. Doesn't work.
Summary: The Scan TO function on the HP device does not work. We can print, copy, (colour and black and white) but WE CANNOT scan documents to users on the network. This was the whole reason we purchased this unit. Very frustrating.
HP Technical support australia, are alledgley looking into the problem, however all solutions given so far have failed. If only they would honour the onsite warranty and come and fix it.
This is the first HP device I have sold with which we have had drama's.
I still have my HP support ticket number, and waiting for THE SOLUTION.
If you are looking to buy this well pricing Colour laser printer, BEWARE.

I have the same problem with HP 2820, in my company we can't scan anything via LAN, so if you have got the answer from HP Technical support, I would be grateful if you could tell me solution.
