Pros: The fact that the printer is able to scan documents is a very positive feature.Printing is very fast as well.

Cons: Jams frequently and still sucks the life out of your cartridges even on Fast Draft settings.
Printer will REFUSE to print if even one colour cartridge is empty.
Often snares two sheets of paper and prints part of a single page on each half.

Summary: This is a moderately good printer- but its various problems can frustrate you beyond belief when you're trying to print- outrageous ink consumption, paper jams, snagged sheets. If you''re constantly printing important documents- 30 page real-estate forms, post-secondary essays, project reports- avoid this printer at all costs.

Definitely a product not at all up to par with HP's typical quality line of goods.
