Pros fast printing, decent copying speeds
Cons scan quality is poor, software is abysmal
Summary I inititially bought a Laserjet 4101 MFP for my office thinking it was a scanner, copier, printer, and fax per the specs on the HP site. When I couldn't figure out how to scan I called their tech support which informed that in order to scan, I had to buy additional software from them which cost $1,600. I made a big fuss over it and they offered me the 3380 in additon to the 4101. I read the review here on CNET and decided to accept it. Pros multi functions & HP usually good quality
Cons software FULL of BUGS!!! Problems installing & communicating with computer with MS Windows 2000. Should have looked at HP website for software issues before blowing $700.
Pros Good all in one.
Cons I have the 3330 this is the new version. I've had the 3330 for 18 months and the scanner assembly / motor has just gone bad. Repair cost is $412.00. If you do decide to buy this make sure you get the extened service plan (Min. 3 years) from the store. You
