Pros: I threw it in the garbage. I couldn't even sell it on Ebay for 5$ and sleep well.
Cons: Never worked right. I should have returned it, but I figured it would start to work. Stupid. Lesson learned
Summary: How about this for a start -
I will never buy another HP product.
And I'm the kind of guy who, when he says that, means that. Ever.
I have two officejet d135 and they are OK. My review on those is under 102bguy.
I have two other smaller HPs that I am currently sellign on Ebay.
This piece of filthy garbarge is sitting in the garbage can downstairs where it belongs.
I got it for Xmas for my wife at a wholesale club for about 100 bucks.
The thing was jamming and copying poorly from day 1. So I tinkered, and tried to adjust, and crossed my fingers. And? And 1/2 year later I decided to get rid of it. After tinkering some more, I decided that I couldn't even give it to somebody in good faith, so I threw in the trash, took the 100 dollar loss, and learned my lesson. I will never buy another HP product. You hear, "HP" and you think "quality." Well, I guess with the first generation HP lasers, that was the case. IMO, no more.
Here's a brief list of things wrong with this device . . .
Cheap throughout. Cheap buttons, cheap paper guides, cheap catch trays. All in all, everything is loose and shabby. Paper doesn't go in easily. Paper doesn't come out easily. The print cartridges weren't seating correctly from day 1. Error error. Open the door, reseat them. Get ink off hands. The copies would jam. Error error, clear paper jam.

HP, all you needed to do was make a decent machine to keep my business. You have not.
Finally, if you read through the reveiws, you get 4 or 5 reviews in a row that are all rating a 9 (see Jan 12 of this year). The reviews list no bad things or only generic things (all inkjets are relatively expensive). Several of the titles end in apostrophes - like - Great all-in-one! Can't beat this price! Not top of the line, but great printer!
Folks, that is a shill. That is one or a few people peppering this site with spam reviews to keep the overall rating up. I rarely lie. I have no reason to deceive you. They do.
I recommoned NOT buying this garbage.
