Pros: None--at least I didn't hurt my back getting it out of the box
Cons: Poor print quality; fax malfunctions; scanning malfunctions frequently
Summary: I am a longtime HP user and purchased this machine as a "better" home office option. It has been a disaster. During the warranty period, HP had to ship me two new machines. I spend a few hours on the phone with technical support changing out printheads, ink cartridges, downloading firmware, etc. to no avail. Of course, now it's out of warranty, but has never worked right, and HP wants me to pay for tech support phone calls. The scanning function repeatedly fails in mid scan to my desktop, requiring a reboot of the printer. The color printing is terrible; i have not had one usable color print since I've had the 9130. It was so bad with color, I never attempted to print high-quality photos on it. I have been so disgusted, I have purchased a Lexmark and a Canon since then for my office and my mother-in-law. Both work flawlessly. This is the first opinion post I have ever made on any topic, but was compelled to do so about this worthless product.
