  • "Serious Design Problem in Paper Roller"

    Pros: Nice Look and Buttons

    Cons: Bad design of paper roller. Loud Scanner

    Summary: This printer has design problems with the paper roller. After some time, the spring that holds the roller for picking up the paper gets lose and the printer has difficulty picking up the paper.

    In my experience, after 3 or 4 month, the printer is basically not usable. One solution is that you have to push the paper in at the precise time (when hearing that paper is loading), not a second early, and not a second late.

    I don't recommend this printer or this model series to anyone who needs a reliable printer.
